Selling of Bourbon Charisma

Bourbon Offshore Norway has agreed to sell the vessel "Bourbon Charisma" to Deep Sea Supply ASA with delivery in August at a price of NOK 273 mill. The vessel, a KMAR 404 Anchor Handling Tug Supply built at the Kværner Kleven yard in 1999, will continue to operate in the North Sea spot market after delivery.
