Purchase of Surf Viking AS
The company Surf Viking AS was purchased (100%) by Bourbon Offshore Norway AS on the 5th of September 2007 from Bourbon Offshore, Marseille, and then merged with Bourbon Ships AS on the 29th November 2007.
The company's only vessel, Surf Viking, is a PSV of VS 470 design built at
Karmsund Yard in 2003, now with Bourbon Ships AS as the owner and Bourbon
Offshore Greenmar as the current ship manager.
