Bourbon Ships AS 100% owner of Bourbon Offshore I KS/AS


Bourbon Ships AS, a 100% subsidiary of Bourbon Offshore Norway AS, has agreed with Ulstein Group and Odim to acquire 25% in Bourbon Offshore I KS/AS. Bourbon Ships AS will be a 100% owner of Bourbon Offshore I KS/AS with effect from 1st July 2008.
