Bourbon Offshore Norway 100% owner of Island Offshore II KS/ AS

Bourbon Offshore Norway AS has agreed with the Borgstein - group and its affiliates to acquire the last 24,5% in Island Offshore II KS/AS. Bourbon Offshore Norway AS is now a 100% owner of Island Offshore II KS/AS. Island Offshore II KS/AS is the owner of the three AHTS vessels Bourbon Crown, a UT 722L design built at the Aker Langsten yard in 2001, Bourbon Borgstein and Bourbon Surf, both UT 722LX design built at Aker Langsten yard in 2003.
